By pre-existing medical conditions we mean:
Any condition, for which you should have sought medical advice, which is under investigation or you are on a waiting list or you are waiting for test results.
You have been given a terminal prognosis.
Any condition which you know will require medical treatment during an insured journey.
You intend to get medical treatment abroad.
You have been treated for alcohol or drug addiction in the last five years.
Any psychiatric or psychological condition.
Any cardiovascular or heart -related condition such as a heart attack, angina, chest pain or hypertension, or lung or respiratory -related condition, any form of cancer, any cerebro - vascular condition such as a stroke or T.I.A. (transient ischaemic attack), any renal condition or diabetes.
Any condition for which, in the last 12 months, you have been prescribed or are on regular medication, received treatment or any kind, required an organ transplant or dialysis.
Any condition which could reasonably be expected to give rise to a claim.
